Made with safety in mind, this car seat is made with Expanding Poly Styrene (EPS) foam which protects your child from impact forces, as well as a Shock Absorbing Foam Element (SAFE) which is made to crumple upon impact and reduces the amount of stress on your child's neck and shoulders in a crash. The headrest provides Adjustable Side Impact Protection (SIP) and can easily be adjusted to 10 different positions (even with your child sitting in the seat) to ensure the best fit. A contoured steel back plate minimizes flexing and reduces forward movement while the contoured base provides extra stability. Forward facing stability is increased with a top tethered hook which also limits forward movement. Buckle your child in safely with the quick-release, five-point safety harness which features a ''cobblestone'' webbing made from extra-strong polyester thread. Shoulder pads and a chest clip help to make the harness comfortable for your child. This car seat is easy to install with the LATCH system, which can be used in borsht the forward and rear-positions. A removable cushion is also included to ensure a proper fit for your newborn. Breathable Fresco Jersey Performance fabric is easy-to-clean and absorbs moisture to help keep your baby cool and comfortable. This car seat is available in your choice of color.
